Clean your nails, push back cuticles, lightly buff the surface, select the correct size for each nail, apply adhesive tab or glue, press firmly for 30 seconds, and file to desired length. Detailed instructions are included with every set.

Adhesive tabs are perfect for short-term wear (1-2 weeks) and maximum reusability. Nail glue provides longer wear (2-3 weeks) but makes removal more permanent. We recommend tabs for beginners and frequent changers.

For adhesive tabs: Soak in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes, then gently lift from the sides. For glue: Soak in acetone for 10-15 minutes, then gently push off. Never force or pull them off to avoid damage.

Avoid hot water for 2 hours after application, wear gloves when cleaning or doing dishes, avoid harsh chemicals, and moisturize your cuticles regularly. With proper care, they will last longer and look beautiful!

Yes! You can shower normally with press-on nails. For swimming, we recommend waiting 2 hours after application for the adhesive to fully set. Chlorine and salt water may reduce wear time slightly.
